RaceReady AI
Privacy Policy
Last updated August 26, 2026. This policy describes the information RaceReady AI handles to provide its coaching service.
Information we handle
Depending on the features you use, RaceReady AI may handle:
- Account information: identity and sign-in information needed to authenticate your account and synchronize your coaching.
- Coaching information: your selected race goal, starting point, check-ins, workout sessions, notes, recommendations, readiness signals, and training history.
- Optional health information: steps, walking or running distance, active energy, and related dates when you connect Android Health Connect and grant read access.
- Device and notification information: device identifiers and push-token information needed to register notifications.
- Usage and referral information: product events, crash information where supported, and referral attribution when you use referral links.
- Purchase information: subscription entitlement status and purchase or restore results supplied through the app-store and RevenueCat purchase flow.
How we use information
- Provide daily workout recommendations, readiness signals, training history, and explanations for plan changes.
- Synchronize your coaching data across supported sessions and recover queued activity after a temporary connection loss.
- Send reminders and push notifications when you enable them and the required device and provider permissions are available.
- Process subscriptions, restore purchase access, and apply referral rewards.
- Understand product usage, improve reliability, and investigate errors through analytics and crash reporting where enabled.
- Protect the service and prevent duplicate or unauthorized account and device activity.
Health data is optional
RaceReady’s core coaching works without health data. If you connect a supported provider, the app requests read-only activity permissions and syncs the last seven days of permitted measurements to add bounded context to your readiness picture. RaceReady does not request write access for these activity types.
Storage and synchronization
Some app state is stored locally on your device so onboarding choices, check-ins, workout progress, theme settings, and queued activity remain available. When authenticated and connected, the app synchronizes applicable coaching data with the RaceReady service. Push tokens are encrypted before server storage.
Service providers
Depending on your platform and enabled configuration, RaceReady uses service providers for authentication, app-store purchases, push delivery, analytics, crash reporting, referral attribution, and health-data access. These providers process information only as needed for their enabled service functions and under their own policies.
Your choices
You can use core coaching without connecting health data, control reminder preferences, disable local reminders, choose the app theme, restore purchases, and choose whether to share a referral invite. You can also revoke health permissions through your device settings.
Policy changes
We may update this policy when the service or its data practices change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
